【加拿大最新港人永居途徑 - 學士／碩士畢業 = PR】

加拿大政府於 2021 年 6 月 8 日公佈了港人永居途徑的最新安排，門檻比過往低，持香港特區護照或 BNO 的港人可透過兩種途徑申請 PR。 其中一個途徑十分適合中五、中六、大專及大學同學，同時亦適合想以升學達到移民目標的人士。

同學在 2026 年或之前，於加拿大完成兩年或以上獲認可的文憑、學士、碩士或博士課程、或一年制以上的深造文憑／證書課程，並且有一半或以上的課程於加拿大境內上課，就可申請 PR * （永久居留）。同學需於申請前 3 年內完成相關學位。

換言之，同學可以考慮以下幾個途徑，就有機會申請 PR：

(1) 2021 或 2022 年開始修讀大學學士課程
(2) 2024 年或之前開始修讀碩士課程
(3) 2025 年或之前開始修讀深造文憑／證書課程（只適合課程開始前 5 年或以內畢業的大學生）
