Heartfelt Appreciation for Senior Education Consultant, Ms. Kannis Kan
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to express our deepest gratitude and sincere admiration for the outstanding support provided by your Senior Education Consultant, Ms. Kannis Kan. Over the past two years, Ms. Kan has been an invaluable partner in guiding our family through the complex journey of overseas education for our two children.
From the very beginning, Ms. Kan demonstrated exceptional patience, dedication, and expertise. She not only provided us with comprehensive and valuable information about studying in the UK but also took the time to truly understand our children’s academic goals and personal aspirations. Her thoughtful approach ensured that both of my children were well-prepared and confidently placed in suitable programmes.
We are especially grateful that she consistently invited and accompanied our children to the international education exhibitions organized by AAS Agency, where they had the opportunity to communicate directly with admissions officers from various UK universities. These experiences gave them a realistic understanding of UK higher education and helped them make informed decisions.
Thanks to Ms. Kan’s insightful guidance, both of my children were successfully admitted to Coventry University to pursue degrees in Physiotherapy. Moreover, when my daughter expressed a desire to switch from Occupational Therapy to Physiotherapy at the University of East Anglia (UEA), Ms. Kan expertly facilitated the transition by liaising with the university’s admissions team to explore the feasibility and ensure a smooth process.
What truly sets Ms. Kan apart is her genuine care for young people. Throughout the two-year period, she patiently answered countless questions from our family regarding accommodation, daily life, and youth adjustment. She possesses a deep understanding of the needs and concerns of young students living abroad. Even after my children commenced their studies, Ms. Kan continued to follow up during their first month to check on their adaptation. When my daughter faced challenges with certain subjects, Ms. Kan proactively contacted the university to discuss alternatives and provide support.
All of these actions reflect not only Ms. Kan’s high level of professionalism and extensive knowledge of overseas education but also her heartfelt commitment to the well-being and success of every student she assists.
We cannot thank Ms. Kan enough for her holistic support—going far beyond her professional duties to offer mentorship, reassurance, and continuous care. She has made a significant and positive impact on our children’s educational and personal growth.
We wholeheartedly recommend Ms. Kannis Kan to any family seeking expert, compassionate, and reliable guidance for studying abroad. She is undoubtedly an exceptional representative of your agency.
Please recognise her extraordinary contributions and dedication. Thank you for fostering such an excellent consultant within your team.
Yours sincerely,
Mrs Leung
